Q: Why can’t I order Crêpe Shack items at the same time as my popcorn?

Crêpe Shack items are prepared fresh and timed to be finished right before your scheduled pickup. Popcorn orders are pulled from store inventory, and sometimes a fresh batch must be made to complete the order. Because popcorn preparation times can vary, we’re unable to guarantee the same ready-time as freshly made Crêpe Shack items, so the two cannot be ordered together for pickup at the same time.

Q: Are your gluten-free items certified gluten-free?

No. While some of our popcorn varieties do not contain gluten ingredients, they are not certified gluten-free. Our preparation area is also used for products that contain gluten (such as cookies and pretzels). Although we thoroughly wipe down and clean surfaces between batches, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact has not occurred.

Q: Are your crêpes certified gluten-free?

No. While we carefully clean and wipe down our crêpe-making surfaces and use ingredients from non-contaminated containers, our kitchen is not gluten-free. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact has not occurred.
